Hey #Advisor Network! I am here to #flex an amazing update that our design and tech teams have been working on since August of last year! As of yesterday, our #userexperience improved drastically. In 2024, our company-wide goal is to be better at the #education aspect of benefits. There is nothing worse than logging in for the first time to your benefit provider, and being met with overwhelming content with jargon. We want to let our users know that their benefits are simple, effective, and easy to access! Starting now, when Employees log into their myHSA accounts and go to check out their Plan Details, they will see this informative and comprehensive (and aesthetically beautiful) resource that explains everything about their account, what is eligible, how it works, and a glossary of terms. Another element of this that I personally love is that the information is in real time, so I were to run my benefit booklet today - the date will show on the title page so that if I want to save or print it, I can easily view the last time I ran it! That way, if the plan changes in a few months, I can simply run it again, and trust that the information is current and accurate. I have attached here a sample of the document from one of our demo accounts. I can't get over how good it looks!
